By purchasing any of Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd training packages/programmes, physical training equipment and Unconventional Athletes.Com Magazines, I acknowledge that it is filmed for demonstration purposes only, whether it be text video or any affiliation of Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd I have also agreed to participate in Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd fitness program known as High octane training. High Octane Trainingis designed to be progressive in the following numerical order; 1)Ultra Basic High 2) Xtreme Intermediate High 3) Elite Advanced High. Do not skip the progression for your own safety and well being.

The activities of Unconventional Athletes.com Ltd and high octane training/fitness may include, but are not limited to,

The following types of activities: strength training, body weight exercises, circuit training, suspension training, resistance training, altitude training.

Exercises, plyometrics, agility drills, jumping, running, sprinting, intense cardiovascular activities, flexibility training. Extreme Restriction Training.ERT. strength training

The activities of Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd and its High Octane Training fitness program may include, but are not limited to, Use of specialist equipment including, The Mass Suit, suspension trainer, The O2 Trainer, Gymnastic rings.

Acknowledgment is hereby made that the activities in Unconventional Athletes.com Ltd and its high octane training fitness program will require me to spend time outside in the heat and/or cold, as well as inside. I further acknowledge that there are risks involved with participating in the high octane training Fitness program. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by weather, terrain, equipment, facilities, temperature, dehydration, my physical, mental, and/or medical conditions, and the actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants and volunteers.

In consideration of my being accepted into the program upon purchase of any training packages/programmes from Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd its Director Nigel John Leppington, I the consumer, agree to release and discharge Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd its Company Director Nigel John Leppington and any of its employees, volunteers and supervisors and Partners and the use of Physical Training equipment sold and used on the Website from any injuries sustained by me as a result of participation. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd its Company Director Nigel John Leppington, and any of its employees, volunteers and supervisors, Partners, facilities, Physical Training Equipment against any liability incurred as a result of such injury or loss. Fitness activities and programs require that I be in good health and have no condition(s) which could endanger my well-being through participation. I acknowledge I have been informed of the need for a physician’s approval for my participation in an exercise/fitness activity. I recognize it is my sole responsibility to obtain an examination by a physician prior to involvement in any exercise program. I acknowledge I have either had a physical examination and been given my physician’s permission to participate, or if I have chosen not to obtain a physician’s permission prior to beginning any of program/packages from Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd, I acknowledge I am doing so at my own risk. I will notify Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd and its Company Director Nigel John Leppington of any physical, mental, and/or health/medical state(s) and/or condition(s) which may affect my ability to perform the required exercise(s) in any of Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd programs/packages in writing prior to purchasing and enrolling in the program/packages. I agree to notify Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd of any changes to my physical, mental, and/or health/medical state(s) and/or condition(s ) which may affect my ability to perform the required exercise(s) in all of the training programs/packages immediately before participation in each successive Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd training plan/package, Magazine publications.

Should my physical, mental, and/or health/medical state(s) and/or condition(s) change, including, but not limited to, any pain, discomfort, new and previous injuries, new and previous medications, and any surgery I have undergone. I the consumer/purchaser of Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd programs/packages/Magazine Publications/ Equipment agree to save and hold harmless and indemnify each and all of the parties referred to in this document from all liability, loss, cost, claim or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said parties because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to so act and release said parties on behalf of myself the consumer and purchaser of any Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd  training programmes/packages/equipment/ Magazine Publications.


(A) Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd  is a new business venture in the field of martial arts, extreme conditioning, extreme physical training and extreme fitness,magazine publication and Physical Training equipment.

During the course of the aforesaid discussions Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd has already and is likely in the future to reveal to the Recipient/purchaser/consumer (either in the course of their discussions or through communications and documentation) information which is Confidential Information (meaning ideas, concepts and proposals about work and/ or prospective work that it has or may create for its clients, information about its clients and prospective clients and information about Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd itself such as its training techniques, charges, pricing structure, staff, processes and plans for the future of its business) which is confidential, proprietary.

(B) The Recipient understands that such Confidential Information and any intellectual property rights therein is indeed confidential and belong to Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd

1. IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual exchange of Confidential Information in confidence and the training and guidance previously provided by Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd to the Recipient without charge or at a discount the Recipient hereby:-

(a) Acknowledges that the Confidential Information as well as any intellectual property rights therein belong exclusively to Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd

(b) Undertakes to treat and keep all Confidential Information confidential including any Confidential Information received before the date of this Agreement;

(c) Undertakes not to use the Confidential Information for any other purpose than in an honest manner in relation to the project or matter being discussed between Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd and the Recipient and not at any time in the future to use or exploit or otherwise authorise or procure another to use or exploit any of the Confidential Information, not limited to Techniques, pictures, Video footage, Magazine publications and Physical Training equipment

(d) Undertakes not to disclose the Confidential Information to any third party unless Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd  has given its express written permission in advance to do so and only in circumstances where any such third party has recognised that the information is confidential and has given assurances to Unconventional Athletes.Com regarding this;

(e) Undertakes to keep the Confidential Information safe and to take all reasonable precautions in relation thereto and to deliver it (and any copies) up to Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd as and when requested;

(f) Assigns to Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd any interest that the Recipient may have in intellectual property that arises from the discussions between Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd and the Recipient and in anything produced as a result thereof to include but not limited to any ideas regarding training and techniques, photographs, video footage, drawings, designs or graphics, Magazine Publications;

(g) Agrees that he has already received consideration from Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd by way of complimentary or discounted training and any additional consideration of any kind (if any) shall be completely at the discretion of Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd

2. For the avoidance of doubt the Confidential Information does not include anything which comes generally into the public domain otherwise than by breach of the undertaking in this Agreement or which was previously known (and can be so shown) by the Recipient before it was disclosed by Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd or which is acquired lawfully by the Recipient in good faith from an independent third party. The Recipient confirms that none of the techniques or information that have been revealed to him by Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd prior to the date of this Agreement was known by him previously and therefore he agrees that they are Confidential Information and that it is reasonable for them to be protected in this way.

3. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in respect of each disclosure of Confidential Information for a period of five years from the actual date of each such disclosure.

4. This Agreement is governed by English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

5. This Agreement contains the entire agreement at this time between the parties in relation to the Confidential Information.

By ticking the Terms and conditions box the Recipient/Purchaser/consumer of Unconventional Athletes.Com Ltd Products is acknowledging that he understands the meaning and effect of the Agreement and has entered into it willingly.


When you first start High Octane Training it will be a real challenge, you may find you are stronger at certain exercises and weaker on others, don’t let that hinder you, WORK ON YOUR WEAKNESS, watch the tutorial/demonstration videos, STUDY them, practice, perfect them once you have your weak spots perfected you will naturally REINFORCE your strengths thus evolving you to ANOTHER LEVEL, switch your ‘PRIMAL’ strengths on!!!.

You may find it takes 10 attempts to complete a workout without stopping, DO NOT GIVE UP, half a rep with correct form is better than none! This is all part of the training building your mental resolution to not give up when the training gets to tough, this is the most important part of your PHYSICAL evolution!!!

Makesure you take your time at your first few attempts let your body adjust to the intensity, it will happen quicker than you think!!! Maintain correct form,learn the correct techniques, this will prevent injuries and ensure you get the best out of your training.

ALWAYS consult your doctor before starting any workout with High Octane Training.Your Repertitions per Exercise with NO RESTS BETWEEN TRANSITIONS are your BENCHMARK this will challenge you to beat your PERSONAL BEST everytime you workout.
